Drive Wheel Tool Rest
DESCRIPTION
Once the mounting plate is installed under motor base this adjustable tool rest can be fitted or removed in 5 seconds or less.
It allows heavy metal removal much faster and smoother than grinding against the steel platen.
Coarser grit belts have a far better life and performance while also cutting much cooler and quieter.
Rest is adjustable to keep edge of different thickness materials square or any angle down to 45º.
No tools needed for adjustment.
Kit consists of two parts:
- Mounting plate
- Adjustable rest
Note; the mounting plate is the same as used on the Hollow Grinding Jig. lf you have the Hollow Grinding Jig the adjustable rest can be purchased separately.
*Also compatible with Select-A-Rad machines.
Variable Speed Motor
DESCRIPTION
Variable Speed Motor to suit Radius Master RM 48 and Select-A-Rad 483 Belt Grinder.
Variable speed using British made inverter.
Programmed for 300 RPM to 1600 RPM*. Can be programmed outside these parameters by special request.
Provides smooth constant torque performance.
*Standard motor speed is 1500 RPM.
